I am a Notes Admin at a large company. I have a user who tries replying to different emails and, while replying, tries to detach the word document that is attached. He gets "Note item not found" and he must close the email window and reopen it a couple of times. Then he is able to detach. He receives this on other attachments sporadically. I have replaced his design on his local mail replica as well as the server's. Any ideas? Knowledge base didn't help. Thanks!!
