There are about 12 Sales agents; all agents telephones are programmed with an ACD Queue along with a not ready and make busy key and thier personal lines.
When all agents are in Not Ready Make busy mode voicemmail answers. (with NR and MB activated it prohibits the agents from recieving calls on their personal extensions.)
The problem is that there is one agent that would like to answer calls on his personal line so he ONLY activated the Not Ready key on his telephone. When dialing the Queue line (keep in mind all agents are in NR/MB mode)voicemail does NOT answer it just continue to ring.
Any idea what the problem may be???
