"Not Ready and Make Busy" Activated and Vmail doesnt answer

There are about 12 Sales agents; all agents telephones are programmed with an ACD Queue along with a not ready and make busy key and thier personal lines.

When all agents are in Not Ready Make busy mode voicemmail answers. (with NR and MB activated it prohibits the agents from recieving calls on their personal extensions.)

The problem is that there is one agent that would like to answer calls on his personal line so he ONLY activated the Not Ready key on his telephone. When dialing the Queue line (keep in mind all agents are in NR/MB mode)voicemail does NOT answer it just continue to ring.

Any idea what the problem may be???
 
So when the agents have nrd and msb lit and someone calls the acdn and mail accepts the call, callers are able to leave a message in their personal box?
 
Can you post a print of one of the phones?
 
When an agent is in msb, the agent is logged out of the q.
When an agent is in nrd, the agent is still logged in the q but not ready to take a call. any calls coming into the q will q for the nrd agent unless you have interflow/overflow configured. when all agents are in msb, the q is close and the ncfw is followed.
