"Not Enough Memory" for Volume Save sets

The customer has NW 6.1.1 and WinNT 4.0 SP6a.
He wants to list the Volume Save Sets for some volume
from NetWorker Administrator:

folder Volumes -> double click for the volume

and he gets the error:

Server .... x.y.com: Not enough memory

Any information about causes or possible solutions
is very appreciated!
