Hi all,
After installing IPOCC UI for an agent and start it, I got this error; "No Server Licence registered, check your installation"
Already checked the Avaya KB, says to modify the host file of the PC with the correct IPOCC hostname/IP address, the thing which I did, but still with the same issue
However I tried with another PC (Windows7) and it works fine, I don't have this error
The PC having issue has Windows 10
Any suggestions ?
