"NO Route Found"

I just setup a Domino 5.12 Server. When I try to send a test mail message to my hotmail account, I get the following error message:

"No route found to domain hotmail.com. Check Server, Connection and Domain documents in Name & Address Book"

Does anyone know what this means?
