"NO" windows installer?

You need to post this to a different forum. This is a problem with the OS or with the Office 2000 Application suite. Not Microsoft Commerce Server.
But you can probably download the windows installer update form MS for free. The money's gone, the brain is shot.....but the liquor we still got.
