When setting up queries and attempting to monitor the calls I receive "No Output is Defined". The system was working as of last wed (7/8). The system has been rebooted on our server and I am still receiving this message.

Currently using 8.9. We have had no issues in the past. Has anyone seen this? Do you have suggestions for a quick fix?

hi.

within nice query/evaluator if you are using a qa system you will have an option to select output. this will bring up an options window. if you are using playback over lan local sound card select this. if you are using rap units then select relevant output. if you are using rap units then check the output bus definition setup in nice administrator on the system menu and also ensure output manager is running on your cls.

If the pc you are trying to replay on has no soundcard and you have no rap then you may get the no output defined message.

Thanks!! Been a while since used NICE and trying to get back in the swing!

Have sound card, and the Tip worked!

hi,

Can you let us know what version of NICE you have is it perform as you mentioned insight or is it 8.x

Can you inform us of how you are running queries as you mentioned channel queries which are run directly on logger and segments is what the recorder records, it relies on activity and starts and stops recording in a total recording system based on this noise or activity.

What switch you are integrating with ?

Sorry for questions but it allows us to give you better advice.

Thanks
