Hi all,

Getting "No Free Space" error message in the feedback window when we try to add extensions. Switch software is BC10, 1 LIM.

This issue has occurred before, the last time was when a lot of extra fixed digital extensions were added to the system. This issue was resolved when fixed extensions that were not patched out were removed.

When we try to add logon/logoff numbers to system via EMG we get this error and therefore, at present can not add any new joiners to the system.

This issue is not license based as there are free licenses available. It seems to be more of a memory problem on the switch. For instance, freeing up one fixed extension allows 5-10 logon/logoff numbers to be added.

Has anybody experienced this error before, does the memory of the MD110 have to be expanded/upgraded?

1. How many ACD-Phones do you have in this LIM?
2. How many ADN do you have in this LIM?

If i remember correctly there is a limit of about 1200 "items" that can be set up in a LIM. if you have more than one lim you can shift some of the programmed items to another LIM. These are any of the things that have or can have LIM=xx in the command line.

sorry i can't be more specific
