"No Export DLLs found" message

I am getting the message "No Export DLLs Found" when I try to export a file. The program was working find until a coworker deleted some programs they had loaded when they left the company. I have reloaded Windows98 and repaired and then reloaded Office2000 without any success. Any advice as to what to do next would be appreciated.

The export files are Crystal DLL files. They all start with U2 like u2fxls.dll for Excel.
