"new" 9730 - Many stored FSCs, what are they? 2

Clearly any 9730 isn't going to be "new"... But this unit passes the POST, makes no "unhappy belt" noises, and seems to be in decent shape (especially now that I removed most of a tape from the internal spool of DRV-1 and repositioned its leader).

However, many FSCs are stored - in fact there are 20.

I'd LOVE to be able to decode these FSCs myself. I'm sure there's a document floating around somewhere that explains what they mean, but I've been unable to find such a resource. In reading other posts, I've seen references to a "microcode disk" - I don't have one of these available to me, but if this is the StorageTek Rosetta Stone, I'd be delighted to get one.


I'm NOT expecting a detailed explaination for each FSC, but if there are any "Hey! That one's gonna be expensive!", I'd appreciate the heads up.

Anyway, I'll be testing this unit soon, prior to putting it into production and I'd like to know a little about its history.

From looking at the codes, the 32xx codes seem to have to do with the drives, and the 309D codes seel to have to do with the robot arm. No idea what the 31xx or the 33xx codes mean, nor do I have any idea about the third element in each code.
 
I'm definitely not an expert in the hardware aspect, but I have seen the Theta and Reach errors on an L700e. From what I understand it could be a couple of different situations with those errors but the Theta and Reach error generally are common to see together and they usually point to the same issue. There could be an issue with the actual robot hand or with one of the motors powering the hand or the arm. I have no idea of what the NONE or the DRV errors point to. Please keep in mind that my situation could be unique to the L700e. Someone with more hardware experience could maybe give you a little more insight.

Camera could not find expected target. If this error occurs during
its first initilization then the machine is probably not configured
properly. This can be rectified by noting the cartridge location
of the cells inside the library and using the config environemnt
to verify the proper configuration. It could also be caused by
the tape drives not being installed, latched or having a target.
