"My Pictures" & System 32 folder problem......

1. When I start my computer boots up the System32 folder automatically opens? Ive checked to see if it was set to do that in the Start-up menu by using msconfig and its not?

2. Also my computer randomly creates a folder named "My Pictures" in my "My Documents" folder all the time no matter how many times ive deleted it? Any suggestions?

1. I would check each section in MSCONFIG to ensure that there isn't a call being made from another startup option. Also, don't forget to check the physical startup folder in your start menu for this. Lastly, if you shut down windows with Windows Explorer open it will boot with that folder open.
