" multiple_irp_complete_requests " BSOD

I'm ocassionally getting BSOD's with the info: "multiple_irp_complete_requests"
its happening with games, and also the logitech webcam, anything that uses the video card a bit really. the computer freezes up, then goes to blue screen, and stays there. Doesnt matter if i select auto reboot or not, it just sits there till i reset it.

Any idea's ?
