"multiple join tool" does it exist for PC users??

Does any one know if there is a plugin for ill 8 or 10, win2k, that joins points by a given distance?? so it can do more that one join at a time.
I've seen a plugin for Mac but have not found one for PC as yet.

On another note has any one had probelms plotting or printing from Ill 10??

Please help.
