"ms.config" "rm" "exe"

we are having the following virus problem.

1. directories "ms.config" "rm" are in the root of the flash,

2. when I click the flash drive, it opens the "open with" dialog. (effect of auto run??)

3. directories of the flash changed to exe and zero bytes in size.

Any help highly appriciated.
