"missing tokens" in photoshop CS using Web Gallery?

I selected the photos (about 10, all under 500k each) and used Automate to create the gallery of thumbnails for a web gallery. Running XP, plenty of Ram. I get an error message of: "there is an error diabling controls for missing tokens. Some file of folder for selected style might be missing."

Anyone know what this is?
