"Micros CAL Busy" on Micros 9700 Workstation

We have a problem on one of our MICROS WS4 9700 when starting a new Cal

The window says:

Micros CAL Busy
Installing - WS4Winstation
Current Operation
EXENOWAIT:
\CF\WS4.EXE

continue like that and never complete, any suggestions?

Have you tried wiping the compact flash on the workstation and trying it again?

To wipe the Flash, From within Windows CE Desktop, Open 'My Device', then to DOC > Utilities > WCF.
1. Run WCF, and press Yes to continue.
2. Select the first two Options, and click ok.

3. Click on Proceed. The workstation should finish and shutdown.
If it doesn't restart after it shuts down, turn it back on. Make sure the CAL service is running on the server.
4. ReCal the workstation as normal.
