I have an end user whose “Message Waiting Indicator” light is lit on her Nortel M3904 but when she checks her voice mail box is informed by the automated attendant that there are “No new messages”. This is a sporadic occurrence.
I’ve DISU'd and ENLU'd the TN. No change.
Could it be the Nortel M3904 itself? I have not taken any steps to test my equipment theory.
