"Message For You" does not display...

Good morning,

I have an MICS that has one extension that cannot receive "message for you" in the display.

I have changed the phone with a new phone, rebooted the phone system and Call Pilot, removed the voicemail box from Call Pilot and rebuilt it...

Any ideas on this?

I forgot to mention that I DID, swap the physical port as well...

Did you tell the mailbox to allow Message Indicator when you built it?

Check in programming and make sure STATIC TIME & DATE is not turned on.

I was thinking that too, later I had forgotten it might be an 08 set where you would not at least see MSG on the softkey.
