Hi all!!!
I need urgent help!
I'm trying to browse for and getting HTTP 500 - Internal server error

But if I browse for my IP address I get it.

PLease help!!!

Add localhost to the list of trusted IP addresses in Internet Services Manager. Right click on your web site, select Properties, click on Directory Security tab and click on IP address/ Domain restrictions.
Ensure 127.0.0.1 is added to the list of trusted addresses

I solved this problem!!!
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, then the LAN Settings button at the bottom. If "Automatically detect settings" is checked, uncheck it then click OK and restart the browser. When it's checked, IE may go to your ISP to resolve localhost. Since the ISP doesn't have an entry for localhost the error is returned.

Hi,

I cannot access via nor using my IP address. Within IIS, tried to go to Directory Security/IP Address and Domain Name Restrictions....but this option is disabled.

?? Why? and how do I enable it?
