"Loader Partly Available" displayed

I'm getting the message "Loader Partly Available" displayed on the screen of my HP Tape Backup system. Coincidentally, my jobs are also failing. I have recalibrated the libaray and power-cycled the system but the message still displays and the jobs are still failing.

Has anyone seen this before or can anyone make any recommendations? Thanks!
