"License file cannot be parsed" Error on Avaya Ip office 10.1

Hello,

While trying install an xml license file for Release 10.1,

it gives an error "License file cannot be parsed".

Any advice as to resolve this
 
We need some more info.

What type of system? IPO500V2. Server edition? Is webLM installed and running?

What are you trying to do and how?
 
i am just trying to install sip trunk license and it keeps bringing that error.

It is IPO500V2, not server edition.
 
Did you edit the xml file?
Try downloading it from plds again and use the new file.

we have done that, still the same error.
 
Yes, i checked the Host ID,it is the same.

Though on system status, it is showing "incompatible or invalid SD Card fitted".

Thinking of recreating the SD Card when customer is ready for downtime,
but still need any other way of troubleshooting while waiting to recreate the SD card.

Any ideas?
