"Keep Together" not working 1

I am using CR XI sp2, running on WIN XP. I have a group header with the "Keep together" option checked in the section expert. However, the header will print on a page without room for the rest of the group. I have other groups that are working correctly, that are set up the same way.

Keep together on a section only refers to keeping together that report section, not the group. To keep together an entire group, go to report->group expert->select the group->options tab->check "keep group together".
