"Invalid page fault" error when closing VB

I am getting the error message "VB6 caused an invalid page fault in module VB6.EXE at 0177:0046fb01" every time I close VB. Thinking the problem was caused when I uninstalled a virus protection program - PC-Cillin, I reinstalled Windows 98 and VB6, downloaded and installed SP5 for VB6, and updated MS library files as recommended on the MS knowledge base web site. The problem still exists. It does not seem to effect my work within VB, just an annoyance on closing.

I am using a machine witn an Intel Celeron 400 CPU, 192 MB RAM, and 6.4 GB hard drive.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
