"Invalid date, time or timestamp" error - Pervasive 10

I get the above error message on client data on Pervasive V10. Although I find stacks of people with a similar problem, no one can give me a solution as to how to access the incorrect date using either btsearch or pcc.

How can I correct the incorrect date? Are there utilities to allow this? If so, where can I download it?
