HI Guys.

I have a customer with a VMPro who needs to have a mailbox so that they get a greeting, but the caller can't leave messages.

They were instructed to use the personal options way to turn off the ability to leave messages (go into mailbox, option 5, option 7, option 1) but the greeting is not playing.

How do I get the greeting to play?

Create a custom start point for the mailbox as a Leave point. Set that so it will play a greeting - make it "../Greetings/nameofuser_1.wav" - and then disconnect.
