Hello All - Phone created & user associated. The correct partition assigned to user as well as the voicemail profile & still the Digest Credentials under the user show blank. So I went into Cisco Unity Connection Administration>Tools>Import users. Sure enough I saw the last two added users on that list when a search was made. I selected user and clicked on Import. Should this be enough so that when user clicks on the Message button on the phone he can setup voicemail, follow prompts instead of getting a general company greetings,e tc? There are certainly a lot of settings that need to be in place but let's just say each each setting under the phone and user have been double-checked with other working users. I believe this is the last step, the import. Does that take a while to sync? Thanks in advance

There are allot of other key steps here, depending how you have the system set up.

Is your system sync with an LDAP....then someone may have to add the proper info into the IP Phone field.

The Sync can take 6 to 24 hours depending on the size of the system

Ok.

It appears that after the Import Users was done, the phones/users were able to get to their respective voice mail.

What are some of the other steps? I believe there's an "Add User Wizard" (no idea where it is) but I typically do it manually by comparing settings from other active users.
