I have Medical Residents that need to see data for cases they have worked on. I can do that. But the Residents also want see who the attending surgeon was on the cases they worked on. I can ask the Resident what MD's they worked with - but I need to see only the MD's that worked with them on a case. I do not need to see any cases the MD's worked on without that Resident.

Example, I want to see only John Doe (Resident) plus Dr. Tom Jones (Attending MD) or John Doe (Resident) worked with Dr. Bill Smith (Attending MD). I do NOT need to see Dr. Tom Jones cases that were not with John Doe or Dr. Bill Smith cases that were not with John Doe.

It's probably best to display some sample data, and desired output.

You might use a parameter to prompt for the attending physicians, then limit the rows based on the input in the record selection criteria.

It's very difficult to help at this stage.

Are residents and MDs held in different tables? If so, an equal join from Residents to Cases and MDs would work.
