"Identify" Button in Display Properties

Hey guys, I know this isn't really a C++ question, but I am writing an app that requires the ability to duplicate the functionality of the "Identify" button in the Display Properties of the Control Panel. I need to be able to display the monitor numbers on each monitor in a multimonitor configuration. I am assuming that this is either through calling RUNDLL32.EXE or a WIN32 API, but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas about how I could figure this out? Thanks
