with the system, please hang up and try your call again later."
That is the message I get when trying to lab test this system I am trying to prep for shipment to California.
DCT ran fine first time.No alarms on MSS.
All ports in service.Pinging good in both directions to names and IP addresses.
Re-booted both boxes-anyone have any ideas?

The tui password is wrong in one of the systems is what it sounds like to me. reenter them in the mas and the mss

Where exactly is this change made? Just curious, as I get this message from time to time. Thanks in advance.

This might help Mike:

When the VM does not answer correctly the first thing to check is the security settings on the MAS.Sometimes the IMAP4 does not get set at all or needs to be reset.
The MM says-“I’m sorry, there is a problem with the sytem, please try your call again later”.
To check this go to:start-programs-avaya mod mess-vmsc-security-messaging servers administration. It also may need to be re-entered on the MSS under Global Admin-System Admin.
