Is there a way to send a message to many individuals but have each person see only their e-mail address in the "To" field? I want to send out some follow ups on using our website, but don't want to release e-mail addresses by having all recipients see all the addresses. Have had no luck using help, or several reference books. [sig][/sig]

You should be able to use the BCC (blind carbon copy)feature in Outlook. A copy of the message is sent to the recipient and the recipient's name is not visable to the other recipients of the message. [sig][/sig]
