"greater than" and anything "less than" in report. 1

Hi,
Would it be possible to only show a date in a column if it is "greater than" and anything "less than" to be blank. I want a start date for staff to appear only if it's ">01/10/04" if it's less than that I would like the record to appear but the start date to be blank.
