I have two Linux servers which run SLES10 with Samba3, I also have 3 others running OpenSuSE10.2 with Samba3.
The smb.conf file is configure to allow single sign via our Win2k3 server, all servers use the same smb.conf file (more or less) - single sign on works fine across all the servers and Linux boxes.
If I use "wbinfo -g" or "wbinfo -u" on any the servers I get the correct output.
If I use "getent passwd" on the 2 SLES10 servers I get the correct output.
However, when I use "getent passwd" on any of the OpenSuSE10.2 servers it only lists the local users and not the domain users - what is causing this?
