Hi guys. I am new in IP Office. I meet a "forward on no answer" problem. There are 3 internal numbers: 1901,1902,1903. If someone calls 1901, 1901 rings. If 1901 does not pick up in 4 rings, the call forwards to 1902. If 1902 does not pick up in 4 rings, the call forwards to 1903. I try to use "forward on no answer" in 1901 and 1902 and use "no answer time" to control the rings. But call just passes to 1902 and does not forward to 1903 and 1902 rings until 2 minite. Is "forward on no answer" just run the first time? I also try to use two hung groups instead of 1902 and 1903 and use overflow time and overflow group to forward. But 1902 and 1903 sequential rings. So I need your help. Thanks.

You just need to forward to one group containing all users in the order you want to ring them, make the group sequential and turn VM off, it will step between extn's as the no answer timer expires, that's it :)

Hi, amriddle01. Thanks a lot. I use a hung group containing 1902 and 1903 by order then set 1901 forward on no answer to this group. 1902 and 1903 ring sequentially after 1901 forwards. It seems work. Thanks again.
