I'm editing a form that normally is only printed with only one sales order. The PF section shows "footer" information and is on the first page only then hidden on the other pages. This report, as is, only works for one sales order but I'm trying to make it work for multiple. I've created a sales order group and moved things around on the report, from the RH to GH1, so that the "header" information shows up on every new sales order. I also have "footer" information that I need to show up on the bottom of every new sales order but not every page. If the sales order detail runs onto 2+ pages, I only want the footer information on the first page for each sales order.

I've played around with different suppression formulas and underlaying options but I'm having trouble getting this to work.

Any suggestions?

I think this should work for you:

Right click on the Group Footer
Select "Section Expert..."
Click on the Paging tab
Choose "Reset Page Number After"

Click on the Page Footer in the Section Expert
Click the Suppress checkbox
Click the formula button next to Suppress
Enter the formula NOT(pagenumber = 1)

Thanks! I needed to do a little minor tweaking since that changed the way some other sections were viewed but it works great.
