"Find" criteria in AD users & computers returning no results

We are running W2K SP2.

I want to find all users in a particular mailstore. However, when I try to filter by mailstore, via AD Users & Computers snap-in, no results are returned.

For instance, I know from user object>Exchange General that mailstore I want is EXCHANGE1/StoreGroup1/MailStore1 but cannot get the filter to return users in that mailstore no matter what condition or value (including wildcards) I use.

What am I doing wrong?
