Have a client who has created Project files made from Dbase files linked to access. He is running NT and when he tries to open them, they come up with an error saying that the file is already in use by someoneelse or he does not have the privs. This happens with any user running NT but not those users running WIN95. It is also confined to files saved on the network. Files on the C: open with no errors.
It has only occured since running the latest SP6.

We have tried running the following fixes :
Ran the latest MS JET ENGINE DB SP5.
Went back to MDAC V2.0
Any ideas/suggestions appreciated.

No - its not a temporary problem - the file status remains the same regardless of reboots, checks that the file is *not* in use etc. Thanks though..
