"file not found" Excel file with macros

I've got a spreadsheet with macros in it that won't open. Its a big sheet that has recently stopped working.

The file attempts to load and at the end I get a pop up

Have tried disabling macros, but still no joy.

On the office shortcut bar, right click on the little windows icon clear to the left. Then choose add/remove office programs. Look for excel and then see what all is loaded for excel. Make sure that anything that says something about visual basic is checked, that should work.
