"File does not exist" on click email link

When I click on an email link on the Web, my Lotus Notes launches, but then gives me an error message that states "File does not exist". I checked and made sure that Notes is the default mail program in Internet Explorer.

Any ideas?

Go into the location document and check the browser tab. Make sure that it's set to either Notes with IE, or MS IE.
