While on the phone, client is reporting seeing a message indicating "Feature Timeout" then losing the call they're on. Has happened twice in two days.

Has anyone seen this before? System is an MICS with T1 & PRI.

It sounds like the guy has a stuck button on his phone, check for a button that looks a little tilted to one side.

Yeah, either that or he's accidentally pushing a button during his conversation.

Just off hand though I can't think of which button would actually diconnect the call. Maybe link?

Tell me we're not talking about yet ANOTHER known PRI issue on a MICS with 6.1 sw, rls 2? or lower???

This is 7.0 w/PRI.

I'll check the buttons, but this has only started happening after I upgraded to 7.0/PRI. Same phones, same MICS, different software (and T1 card)...

Re: hold/rls

Well release would certainly dump the call but neither hold nor release would show the feature timeout indcator under any circumstances that I can think of.
