Well then the answer is yes...
You can transmit ONE channel. Your sattelite receiver outputs on one channel, usually 3 or 4. When I say full spectrum, I mean roughly 30MHz - 850 MHz (average CATV system). There are over one hundred channels in there... each channel takes a 6MHz block, for an audio carrier, video carrier, and sync carrier.
In the world of CATV, the reason we use a coaxial cable, is because it has a maximum of 2 GHz usable bandwidth, much more than twisted pair cabling.
But anyways, yes, you can output that sattelite receiever to anywhere using twisted pair.
If you wanted to extend a cable TV outlet, no chance.
