"External Caller"

We have an issue with our new Modular Messaging (Microsoft Exchange flavor) system such that certain people are coming across as "External Caller". This is sporadic... some are getting AD name properly, others are not.

Any suggestions?

Messages that show coming from External Caller are for two reasons. 1 is when a non-subscriber leaves a message for a subscriber then it will show as coming from External Caller (MASname). The other is when a message that typically would show coming from a subscriber but if MM does not have the appropriate Send As right then MM will send it from External Caller (MASname).
