When attempting to utilize an extension in the phone room to record VMPro wavs, I get a pop up declaring "extension unavailable"
So far I've not figured what the problem is, as I get the same message if selecting a different extn for the purpose.
The extn can take and make interoffice calls.
can anyone explain what I'm missing?
