"Explore from here" function Livelink

Hi guys, I'm having problems with Livelink Explorer 4.8.2 in the Terminal Server environment, everything works fine, except when you browse Livelink in the web page and then use the “Explore from here” option on the functions menu. It prompts you every time to install Livelink Explorer when you click on “Explore from here”. With Livelink Explorer 4.8.0 the “Explore from here” function worked fine. And unfortunately Opentext gives very limited support on Terminal Server and Citrix.

Secondly, with Livelink Explorer “Download to Desktop” function, is there a way to set a limit on the download size? Users are able to “Download to Desktop” from top level with not limits set.

We are running Livelink 9.7.0, Livelink Explorer 4.8.2, August 2008 Monthly Patch, Windows 2003 SP2

1. You may need to 'blow away' the old Livelink Active X info stored in the browser. Then run the intall for the new version...

2. Yes there is an entry in the OT.ini file that allows you to set the size limitation.
