"Evsubmit" from within HPOV producing error

I'm running RemedyLink for HPOV on Unix. ARserver is 4.5.2, patch 1277 (I know, it's old). From HPOV, while looking at the event browser, we try to do an Additional Action/Submit to Remedy ARS. Two of us are trying, I get "Command /opt/OV/ARSLink/bin/evsubmit for Additional Action "Remedy Link: Submit to Remedy ARS" did not finish in 10 seconds. The other person gets a "Segmentation Fault - core dump, Err 139" message.

Remedy support can not figure this out, and I am desperatly trying to get this resolved. This just went live on Saturday, it worked Friday night then just stopped around 10am on Saturday.
