"error reading font": any suggestions?

I'm calling a Crystal Reports (v.4.6) report from VB 6.0. I'm getting the message "error reading font". It doesn't happen immediately when I access the report. I can pull up the report multiple times and it works fine. But after a while it gives me this message. Seems almost like a memory leak.

Any suggestions???

I'm using Arial, Times New Roman, and Courier New.
