Hi all

I recently installed a trial version of PDF995 + Converter onto one of the metaframe XP servers in our farm to try it out. Install went fine. I can print any document (word, excel, html etc) without a glitch, apart from Gestion Commerciale 100 documents (Sage (BEST) software). When any of our users try to print a document from this program, including the administrator, we get this error at the bottom of the page (instead of the usual footer, which is a couple images):

------------------------------------
ERROR: rangecheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: .buildcmap

STACK:

-dictionary-
/WinCharSetFFFF-V2TT786613C3T
/CMap
-dictionary-
/WinCharSetFFFF-V2TT786613C3T
------------------------------------

I've looked around and seen that this could be due to the images at the bottom of page to be printed, but have tried manipulating the document and have had no success in printing the document correctly without this error.

Any input would be nice.

Thanks!

Just in case you were not aware of this - but this is the Acrobat forum and not really designed to deal with problems arising from any 'opposition' programs. But someone may be able to help or alternatively you could try the forums at Planet PDF (which includes people familiar with PDF995), or you could check the 'rangecheck' postscript error here:

Yup, I've already checked that site out.

Thanks anyways..
