I am creating a report that is dividing two values of 0.

Example

Calls Taken 0 / Call Quality 0 and the message in the report comes up as "#Num!"

The error also exist in the Query and gives me an error message "#Error"

How can I fix this?

If this is a calculated textbox then you could do this

=IIf([Call Quality] = 0,0,[Calls Taken]/Call Quality])

That may do it for you.
