I'm not familiar with Legato's email archiving system but recently had someone indicate to me that emails had been removed from the archive because he received the following error when running a search and trying to retrieve messages:

"Error processing message 25 of 17527. Unable to find message on server. Message could have been removed. Volume could have been closed or removed. 131"

I'm not sure what this message means. It sounds like it could mean that an admin deleted the message from the archive. But it also sounds like there could be other explanations for not finding the message file. Before anyone is accused of doing anything wrong, I'd like to understand what sorts of things could result in the above message. Any thoughts based on your experience would be helpful! Thanks.
