"error in creating a user defined real time disply definition"

Hey Boys and Girls, Friggin new guy (fng) here. I have an issue when attempting to create a "user defined real time display definiton" on a supervisors PC. The actual error dialogue box verbiage is in the subject line here. All else works fine on the PC but I cannot create the RTDD.
Sypmposium 5.0
PC is Windows XP SP2
All active X controls and pop up blockers etc are normal or turned off. The PC does everything else normally but I cannot configure the RTDD
Any help greatly appreciated
The PC is linked to symposium and "talking".
The admin rights and all are good etc...

More detail - are you using classic (fat) client or Web Client? What are you trying to do with real time display? Can you create any customer RTD or just a specific one will not work?

Hey Miles, Thx for the response. I am using the fat client. No ccma here. Also, it happens when I try to create ANY RTD's on that machine. The supervisor wants to create a specific RTD for his group. sorry for not providing the info. Still getting used to this.
