"Error detected by export DLL"

The error message:

Error detected by export DLL: . File 9f98998adsf0980.rpt. [On Cache/Page Server: Server01dv.pageserver]

I received this message after opening a report, reviewing the report for a period of about 5 minutes, then trying to export the report to a PDF format.

Crystal Enterprise 10
Oracle Datasource

The report is viewed as an "on-demand" report through a custom web interface that makes a call to the logonformwp.csp interface with parameters.

The report is only 1 page when rendered.

Please help!

I had a similar problem, which ended up being a custom font type.

Same error, but wrong frequency.

I am able to generate the report, and I am able to export the report. I only get this error when I've let an "on-demand" instance go stale after an undetermined amount of time (Sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after an hour or so)

It seems to be completely random in occurance, and very difficult to reproduce. But it happens enough to raise a flag that there is a problem...

The report uses all standard fonts (Arial), its not doing anything crazy, the report is only one page long...
